You’ve seen her in Chanel‘s Allure ads, the Covergirl campaigns, in Sports Illustrated and most recently on the silver screen for The Mummy and the L Word. What many in the industry don’t know is Patricia’s commitment to the Wayuu Taya Foundation, established by her in 2002 that supports the indigenous Wayuu people in Venezuela and Columbia. Supported by many friends in the fashion and entertainment industry (Iman, Russell Simmons, Donna Karan, just to name a few), Patricia hopes for an amazing turnout for an event that grows every year.
