MDC’S latest assessment on the Top Men’s NY Agencies has arrived. Similar to the women’s list, it is revamped in a new format this year, to better reflect the realities of the business. The agencies are listed in different categories as opposed to a numerical ranking.
To compile this list we analyzed each agency’s performance for the past year (2006 and 2007) in launching new faces, developing their talent and booking high profile campaigns. The list does not take into account revenues or total numbers of models represented, but rather focuses on how good each agency is at developing and maintaining their image in their slice of the NY editorial market.
With this reorganization we hope the model talent that comes to MDC for perspective on the industry can get a more comprehensive sense of the strength and weaknesses of each agency. Ultimately we trust this will also allow aspiring models to decide for themselves who they consider to be their ideal choice.
