Milan follows from September 22 to 28, with Prada securing the opening slot on September 22 at 2 p.m., moving up from its traditional Thursday position. Giorgio Armani closes the week on September 28. [WWD]

Fidan Novruzova, an ANDAM finalist this year and 2024 LVMH Prize semi-finalist, joins the calendar with a presentation. Louis Vuitton closes the week on Tuesday, October 6 at 6:30 p.m. [Vogue]

Jonathan Anderson Is Taking Dior to Dublin
Irish creative director Jonathan Anderson will present Dior’s pre-fall 2027 collection at the Old Library of Trinity College Dublin on December 4, marking the French house’s first show in Ireland. Anderson’s first job in fashion was at Dublin’s Brown Thomas department store. The save-the-date featured a four-leaf clover alongside a quote from Carmel Snow, the Dublin-born Harper’s Bazaar editor who famously named Christian Dior’s debut 1947 collection the “New Look.” The Old Library is an 18th-century building currently in the midst of a major restoration project. “Showing at Trinity College Dublin is a dream come true,” Anderson told WWD. “I began my career in fashion in Dublin, so returning here feels deeply personal. To present this collection in such an extraordinary setting, at an institution with such an important cultural history, is a real honor.” [WWD]
Phillip Lim Is Back with a New Brand
Less than two years after stepping away from 3.1 Phillip Lim, the label he co-founded with Wen Zhou in 2004, Phillip Lim is returning with a new ready-to-wear brand called PlayLoveWin. Lim announced the news on Instagram. The collection is set to preview in the last two weeks of August ahead of a September launch for spring 2027 selling. [Business of Fashion]
Jonathan Saunders Is Kate Spade’s New Executive Creative Director
Kate Spade New York has appointed Jonathan Saunders as executive creative director, effective August 26. The Glasgow-born, Central Saint Martins-trained designer joins from & Other Stories, where he served as chief creative director until his departure last month, and brings more than two decades of experience across Alexander McQueen, Diane von Furstenberg, Calvin Klein, Tiffany & Co., Pucci, and his own eponymous line. He will oversee product design and visual identity, reporting to brand president and CEO Eva Erdmann, and will relocate to New York to work from the Kate Spade headquarters in Hudson Yards. The appointment marks the brand’s return to a single creative leader after nearly five years without one, as Tapestry continues to work on a turnaround for the label, whose revenues declined 10 percent in its most recent trading update. “Kate Spade has always stood for positivity, femininity and a touch of wit,” said Erdmann. “Jonathan shares our consumer obsession and he understands the heart of our brand.” [WWD]
