Watching a master at work is one of the joys of being backstage. I was there last fall when Redken‘s hair genius Guido Palau created the “most requested look of the season”: the iconic side braid for Alexander Wang S/S 10. This season, I expect to see his tomboyish, side swept look for Wang (lots of Workforce 09 Hairspray) hitting the streets. Maybe not to the heights of Amber’s hair hat for Italian Vogue but this might definitely be the Summer of Spray.
