Held at London’s Royal Albert Hall, in her acceptance speech Consani said, “I’m the first trans woman to win this award. I can’t accept it without thanking the females who came before me and specifically the Black trans community that really fought for the space.” Beyond the accolades, Consani has built a global fanbase with her signature blend of charm, humor, and undeniable presence. With nearly 3 million followers on TikTok, Consani made history again in October walking alongside Valentina Sampaio as one of the first trans women to grace the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show runway. Dior Is Heading to Rome for Cruise Show
Over the years, Maria Grazia Chiuri has brought the Dior Cruise show to locations like Athens, Mexico City, and Scotland. Next year, however, she’s staying closer to home, with a show scheduled for May 27th in Rome. Born and raised in the Italian capital, Chiuri began her career working for Rome-based brands like Fendi and Valentino. Her connection to the city runs deep—not only professionally but personally, as she’s married to Paolo Regini, a designer known for his handmade shirt line crafted in Rome. The 2025 Cruise calendar is already taking shape, promising a season of shows in iconic locations. Chanel will kick things off on April 29th with a show at Lake Como, followed by Gucci in Florence on May 15th. Max Mara is planning an immersive two-day Resort experience in Naples, which will include a runway show on June 16th and 17th. [WWD]
Kate Moss x Zara ‘Party Capsule’ Collection
Kate Moss’ collaboration with Zara has arrived. The supermodel partnered with the brand to create a “party capsule” collection designed to transition seamlessly from day to night. Drawing heavily from her personal archive, Moss collaborated with her close friend and stylist Katy England, along with Marta Ortega Pérez, chair of Inditex, to bring the collection to life. The capsule includes a mix of ready-to-wear pieces and accessories. Highlights include laser-cut dresses in cream and black, cut on the bias with intricate detailing; prints inspired by Moss’ favorites, such as leopard patterns and 1930s vintage tea dresses; and more. Lanvin Returns to Paris Fashion Week
After a two-year hiatus, Lanvin is making its return to Paris Fashion Week. British designer Peter Copping, who joined the luxury house as artistic director in September, will unveil his debut collection in a co-ed show near the conclusion of Men’s Paris Fashion Week in January. Lanvin’s last appearance on the Paris Fashion Week calendar was in March 2023, under the direction of Bruno Sialelli, who departed in April of that year. Deputy CEO Siddhartha Shukla described the upcoming show as a “pivotal moment for the house,” noting that the collection will also introduce new accessories, including bags and shoes. [Vogue]
