In Discussion With:
Starworks’ Greg Krelenstein

A good cover can be hard to come by. Just ask Greg Krelenstein, talent director at global brand development agency, Starworks Group. For the past 18 years the agency that’s one part talent rep, another part PR company has successfully been able to merge fashion, beauty, and entertainment into one seamless package. And in all the fray, Krelenstein has had the envious task of matching fashion magazines and brands, eager for social clout with the top pop culture influencers today. A Rihanna takeover times four for Dazed? Connecting Solange with Calvin Klein’s #mycalvins campaign? Nicole Kidman in cowboy regalia for Love? All his work. With magazines struggling to stay relevant, Models.com in partnership with Ford Models interviewed Krelenstein on bridging the gap between print and digital, the merits of youth-driven content and what makes a great cover special. Check out the second part of our “In Discussion With” series above.
