BG MGMT

BG MGMT was founded in 2019 as two separate agencies—BoysBoys for male models and GirlsGirls as women board. In 2025, they merged in to BG MGMT.

With offices in Lviv, Ukraine, and Barcelona, Spain, BG MGMT serves as a mother agency, representing models worldwide and collaborating with top international clients.

The agency was founded by a trio of industry experts: former fashion model Mia Panchyshyn, fashion designer Romaniya Bespaliuc, and photographer Yourko Kalichack.
