With offices in São Paulo and Porto Alegre, we work to discover and develop new talents as well as managing some of the biggest names in fashion and entertainment.

We celebrate multiple beauties, one's personality, authenticity, diversity and empowerment.

We have established extensive expertise in fashion and advertising, forging successful partnerships with a focus on originality, ethics and humanisation.

Among those we represent are renowned personalities such as: Lais Ribeiro, , Aline Weber, Daiane Conterato, Rita Carreira,  Julia Bregalda, Lana Rost, Carliane Paixão, Valeria Goettert, Coco Rocha, Elise Crombez, Paulina Poriskova, Soo Joo, Hana Soukupova, João Knorr, Leandro Lima, Mateus Verdelho, among many others.
Every year , we organise The Look Of The Year, one of the biggest plataforms for launching new talent today.

We also have JOY ID, a department specialising in the management of personalities working in multiple areas. There, we manage the careers of stars such as GKAY and Erika Hilton.
