Established in 1995, Boss Models opened in Cape Town with an experienced team of international and local agents, its focus on scouting, developing and managing the extraordinary talent found in South Africa.

The next two decades saw expansion into the Johannesburg and Durban areas, offering models access to clients in all three cities, and a local presence for support and training.

With our agents travelling extensively to all major markets – including those in the EU, UK, USA, Middle and Far East, Australia and South America, Boss has created an extensive network of agency partners which offers models the opportunity to live and work abroad, and works in partnership with these agencies to develop well-rounded international model careers.

Three decades on, Boss Models is the top scouting and development agency in South Africa, placing models into the most prestigious agency networks overseas, and we continue to be the leading agency for runway, fashion campaign and commercial models for local and international clients.
