Former Elite Look Of The Year winner Ana M is poised for her breakthrough NY season and her timing could not be better. Though confirmations are still days off, it's clear that Spring 2004 is all about a new cabine and a girl like Ana who is fresh to NY but has the benefit of experience via a tremendous Milan/Paris season is looking quite audacious right this minute. Isn't it interesting how "haute-editorial" the Elite girls are looking this season. That scouting network never fails!

The Bob will never die. It will always come back on a young girl, looking fresher than ever and maybe even inspiring designers and photographers to explore a new twist on a classic. And speaking of classics with twists, isn't Ingrid looking more than ready for her close-ups in these Polaroids. The good ones always jump off the film don't they!

Truly stepping up to the plate is NY Models, which has been surging on the new faces front with the stunning breakthrough of Leticia. But the NY Models show package this season is looking especially deft with former MOTW Renee stacking up a nice pile of options. Especially exciting is the continued evoloution of Brigette who has all the ammunition she needs to make her mark. Will this be the season that sees her hitting those marks. It's only a matter of time no?

As those confirmation choices start to narrow, consider the quiet beauty of newcomer Aleksandra. It's the kind of feeling that will work for those designers going for a softer silhoutte this Spring (in opposition to the armoured woman of Fall). Besides feline eyes and a bowed mouth never fail!
