Jen Kao continues on the focused and wearable trajectory she began with her streamlined fall collection and pushes into bold new territory. Looking to the future with an unexpected shapes and geometric patterns, Kao is reinforcing her status as one of the young designers to watch in New York. Building on a haiku meets high tech theme of structure, combined with futurism, Kao created a Japanese culture inspired collection comprised of origami-esque separates, bold detailing and flashes of saturated color.
