Now that a fetish for high design is making inroads into the contemporary fashion-scape, it was only a matter of time before we would have our first "brand name" architect. And who would the recipient of this ground breaking status be? None other than OMA maestro Rem Koolhaas. With a co-venture of an Ian Schrager hotel venture set to remake the Astor Place landscape in downtown Manhattan, and his long awaited Soho Prada store still promising to make its debut this summer, it seems our esteemed Dutch master is the man of the minute. And as conclusive proof that downtown trendsetters are going Rem crazy, here comes a first sighting of avant-garde outfit ORFI's new "I Love Rem Koolhaas" T-shirt.
