girl quite early. Without spilling your state secrets, would you
care to comment on how you go about finding and developing new faces?
Finding
the best talent all comes down to travel and persistence because
there isn't one country or city in particular to find future models.
We have great relationships with schools and agencies around the
world, which help us enormously. Sometimes, we may follow a girl
from the time she is 13 until the time we feel she is ready to model
and then we develop her through our network.

Recently
your agency has been expanding into television and film, does this
represent a significant future direction for you?
Yes, television
and film is the natural progression and the future for many models.
Not all of the girls, but a significant number want to move forward
into that arena. We are all very excited to be able to offer this
opportunity through our alliance with the leading talent agency, Endeavor.
Over the years I have represented so many girls, that have gone on
to stardom.
