Thom Walker’s innovative approach to makeup draws inspiration from architecture, using shapes and colours pulled from the urban landscape of his home in East London. Born in Northern England, Walker began his career training with MAC Cosmetics in Paris. Since then, he has gone on to create editorial work for Italian, British, and Chinese Vogue, W Magazine, Double, Luncheon, Purple, and Dazed and Confused. He’s also consulted for brands such as Hermes, Zara, and Harrods. His charm and charisma has made him a desired collaborator with photographers including Walter Pfeiffer, Pierre Debusschere, Cass Bird, Tim Walker, Mark Lebon, Johnny Dufort, and Nick Knight. He’s also led teams for fashion labels including Thomas Tait, Le Kilt, and Cottweiler.
