— Tell us about your hometown.
My home town is Wroclaw. I was born there. I like this city because of the architecture, people, and nature around the whole town. Wrocław is a college city with a student community, but there are a lot of tourists. It is located on the Oder River. We call this picturesque place “The City of a Hundred Bridges” or “Second Amsterdam.” The worst thing in Wrocław is traffic jams and poor air quality.

— Can you tell us about your happiest childhood memory?
My happiest childhood memory was when I was 8 years old, and we picked up our first dog from the breeder; it was a Parson Jack Russell puppy called Ginny, and I promise you, she was the cutest creature that ever existed. And I was the happiest little girl.

— What is your biggest irrational fear?
A room full of people singing Happy Birthday to me.

— Share a bit about your background and upbringing.
I’m the youngest of six children of a no-nonsense Catholic family in the south of Holland. I studied Economics and worked in a bank for 3 years, and then I decided never to work again in an office. Since that time, I’ve had lots of different jobs, all some kind of hospitality. For example, when we lived for 9 years in St. Maarten, a Caribbean island, I mixed pina coladas in a bar next to a swimming pool. Basically, all jobs are about connecting with people and making sure they have a good time.

— What’s an essential part of your daily routine?
I need to be outdoors every day: feel the sun or the wind or the rain, and if possible, the sand between my toes. In every place I visit for work, I always look for the nearest park. 🌳 And an oat milk cappuccino in the morning!

— What advice would you give to models who are considering entering the modeling industry later in life? Are there any key lessons or insights you wish you had known earlier in your career?
Enjoy! And don’t take it too seriously. Find an agency you feel good about, and get some tips from colleagues. Or, as a friend told me: keep breathing, feel your feet, and SHINE. 😁

— If you were to choose a song that symbolizes this current phase of your life, what would it be and why?

— What are 3 interesting facts about you?
1. I am a sensitive, emotional person, and a while ago it was something bad for me to be seen crying or excited, but I learned that it is not something bad, it is something that makes me ME, something that makes me who I am and what I could tell you, be whoever you want to be, never refuse to feel is what makes you UNIQUE.

3. I am not afraid of being judged for how I express myself or how I look.

— How did you become a model?
I was always completely in love with fashion or art, but this opportunity arose due to constant praise. Since I can remember, I’ve been receiving compliments about my eyes or my face in general, and about 4 months ago, I got to the point where my friends told me to get into modeling.
