This season, Sophie Theallet’s woman, or women as the designer insists she caters to many, continued her voyage through the globe clothed in enough rich textiles to make her suitcase burst. The collection tapped on the edge of couture with a mastery of signature looks including fur, lace, velvet, and cashmere. There seemed to be little something for everyone whether you’re demurely classic or wildly adventurous. A diverse all-star line up of models stormed the dramatic runway including Imaan Hammam, Ajak Deng, Isabella Emmack, Marquita Pring, Sophia Ahrens, with the wondrous talents of Veronica Webb and Candice Huffine leading the pack.
