Founded in 2021, by Cristian Banks-Mendez & Jeff Stalnaker, and built on over 25 years of combined industry experience in talent representation and client services, R3-MGMT was created as a response to the fast-evolving creative needs of both artists and brands alike. Its aim is a return to personalised boutique service, with a thoughtful 360 approach that emphasises collaboration, originality and creative excellence.
