Isabeli/Women. Ph. Terry Tsolis for V Magazine Summer 04
Let’s face it. The Brazilian sensation named Isabeli has hit that white-hot level of success during the FW04 bookings. There’s the Only Girl Chanel campaign,as well her bow as the debut face of the new Viktor and Rolf fragrance. Mix that with the new Hermes as lensed by Richard Avedon and her stint as one of Meisel’s Versace 16 and its clear that the September books will be clogged w.plenty of Isabeli moments. In other campaign news…All-American Tommy Hilfiger has nabbed Michelle Buswell/Marilyn and Jaunel/Women as his signature girls while Ralph Lauren is set to profile Valentina/Marilyn and Michele Alves/IMG. Eugenia/DNA after logging an Fendi gig will be one of the Versace 16 as will be Michelle Buswell/Marilyn, Elise Crombez/DNA, Caroline Trentini/Marilyn (also shooting the very lucrative Perry Ellis),Raquel Zimmerman/DNA,Fernanda Taveres/Marilyn,Maria Carla/DNA,Lisa Cant/Trump, and Hana S/DNA…Dolce y Gabbana mixes 1 part high glam with 2 parts intellectual cool with Hannelore/Vision,Marija/DNA and Stella/DNA set to carry off the looks. Burberry will also be highlighting Stella for a fourth season and expect to see Erin Wasson and Diana Dondoe front and center for Donna Karan. Chloe is set to feature the power-blonde duo of Dewi/Elite and Caroline Winberg/Women as shot by Inez and Vinoodh (Caroline also did time on the Versace set). In a cool casting coup Mert and Marcus handpicked Elite’s Linda V for the Armani ads…Meanwhile favored superstars such as Gisele/IMG for Dior and Kate/IMG for Missoni will be providing cover girl power for those brands. Kudos go to Jil Sander for managing to keep their girl secret this long, but that said…all you need is one hairdresser’s assistant and a good bottle of champagne and it’ll be…of the minute.Stay tuned.
