How discovered:
I was scouted at the Mads Nørgaard afterparty during the fashion week this summer. It was my agent at New Madison who contacted me at the party and asked me if I would like to be a model.
Favorite things:
I really like to travel, and see the world! My neighborhood is the best in Copenhagen, so I go out a lot, walk the streets and drink coffee, hear concerts and enjoy the city I live in. Clothing is also a big part of my life, and I really like to work with fashion. (I work at a clothing store in CPH)
Favorite music, band:
My Dad is a movie and music critic at a big paper in Copenhagen. So ever since I was quite small, I’ve been listening to all kinds of music. My favorite albums of 2014: Future Islands – Singles / Damon Albarn – Everyday Robots / Theophilus London - Vibes
Favorite movie, tv show:
I LOVE MOVIES! It’s really hard to single out 1 or 2 movies but this is a couple of my favorites: ”The Big Lebowski”, ”The Artist” and the amazing ”Ray”. My favorite TV show is definitely ”True Detective”.
Favorite designer, fragrance or beauty product:
Actually I don’t use that many beauty products. Just some skin tonic and moisturizing crème every morning. After a looong morning shower! I’m really a big fan of my boss Mads Nørgaard’s designs. He’s a really great designer and has a lot of focus on the street style of Copenhagen. Much respect to Mads!
What would you be doing if you weren’t modeling?
I would be working full time at the clothing shop where I work in Copenhagen called ”Mads Nørgaard” aka “Nørgaard paa Stroeget ̈. An amazing shop that builds on striped clothes. In a way it’s the Copenhagen brand. My dream is to open my own place. Either a coffee shop/wine bar or a clothing store.
What’s something uncool that you love anyway?
My long johns!! I can’t live without them, I know people stare a lot at a fitting when they see you have an extra layer underneath your pants! But my long johns keep me away from sickness and they keep me warm on the cold winter days in Paris.
Favorite modeling experience so far?
The Lanvin show last week was amazing, my look was spectacular! To try all the new collections! Meet a lot of kind and new people.
What’s the best thing about your hometown/country?
Copenhagen is the city of youth, and the fact that the people in the city are social and open towards each other. And to miss a special girl at home always gives me the desire to travel home sometimes! And of cause the rye bread! Rye bread is a really dark bread with a lot of grain and very low fat. I really miss good bread in Paris!
Which brand would you really love to model for?
Barbour - I’m really a Barbour boy! Yohji Yamamoto // Y3 – Love the designs. Louis Vuitton – Big dream, Louis x2! Saint Laurent. Prada.
Place you would love to visit:
I hope to go to Tokyo later this year! I can’t wait. I have heard so much about this amazing city, and I cross my fingers that it’s going to happen.
Currently you’re obsessed with/about:
I’m kinda obsessed with everything new. I like to observe the world that’s in front of me. I’m of course obsessed with music and movies, also I like to experiment with both of the things myself. I’m obsessed with what’s happening in the world, for an example the Palestinian conflict.
