Stav started modeling when she was 16. In 2013, she landed her first worldwide campaign for Toyota as an androgynous model, which got banned in many countries and made a big impact all over the world.

That same year, she did a Mugler show in Tel Aviv and shortly after she moved to Milan to pursue her modeling career. Since then, she started working for major brands and designers such as Diesel, Moncler, Dkny, and Thom Browne. And shooting for Elle and Vogue. In 2016, she shot her first worldwide fashion campaign for “Diesel” pushed the boundaries of social norms and gender fluidity, it gained a lot of visibility for the LGBTQ community. After that, she graced the covers of Garzia UK magazine and the Hungarian magazine PS, shot for British vogue, teen vogue, and Love magazine and walked shows for Vivienne Westwood, Coach and Marc Jacobs.

In 2017, she came out as a woman, she couldn’t hide anymore. Her transition was public and she started giving interviews about it and advocating for the trans community and their difficulties in Israel.

Following her coming out, she landed campaigns for Milk Makeup, Urban outfitters, Proenza Schouler, 212 by Carolina Herrera, Sisley, and an award-winning campaign for River Island.

In March 2017, she shot her first leading role for the Israeli film “flawless” and made history by being the first-ever trans woman to be nominated for best actress in the Israeli academy awards, as well as a nomination for best actress in Tribeca film festival, the movie appeared in several film festivals around the world.

In the beginning of 2020, she got casted for the Amazon prime film “birds of paradise”.

In June 2020, she hosted the pride assembly in Tel Aviv and spoke about the difficulties that the trans community faces in Israel as well as her personal difficulties as a trans woman in the industry.

She is one of the pioneers in Israel in trans visibility. She opened the door for many other LGBTQ youth.
