Noah Shelley has created the casts of some of the most awe-inspiring moments in fashion over the past 15 years. From Yeezy’s Madison Square Garden takeover to the launch of Calvin Klein’s gender-free fragrance ck2, as well as the numerous fashion editorials at Dazed and AnOther, Noah has been at the forefront of fashion’s most iconic images, campaigns, and shows.
It is the accumulated experience of Noah's many previous lives as a magazine casting director on the mastheads at AnOther and Dazed and Confused, editor at Surface, stylist at Visionnaire, studio manager for Inez and Vinoodh, casting director for Marc Jacobs, and as a fine art photographer, that has led Noah to his current position as one of the most highly respected casting directors working in fashion.
Along with his years of experience, it is the relationships he's formed along the way with designers, photographers, and agents, as well as the models and talent themselves that have secured and maintained his premier positioning. Noah has long-standing relationships with established and emerging photographers and stylists alike, including Steven Klein, Géraldine Saglio, Jackie Nickerson, Ryan McGinley, Craig McDean, Ib Kamara, Anastasia Barbieri, Matt Holmes, Joe McKenna, Jane How, Aleksandra Woroniecka, Lotta Volkova, Melanie Ward, Marie-Amélie Sauvé, Juergen Teller, Inez + Vinoodh, Camille Bidault Waddington, Marie Chaix, Fran Burns, Carlyn Cerf De Dudzeele, Tyrone Lebon, Harley Weir, Mario Sorrenti, Karim Sadli and Lachlan Bailey.
He has been casting runway shows for over 12 years for clients including Rick Owens, Isabel Marant, Ann Demeulemeester, Erdem, Jacquemus, Yeezy, Off-White, Kenzo, and more.
