Marta Romashina is a multifaceted artist, she's been a fashion photographer, art director and producer while relocating from Prague, Shanghai, Bangkok, Florence and Singapore.

Informed by her background in fashion business, Marta’s practice combines academic research with an interest in social issues. Her five years of living in Asia greatly influenced her aesthetic: bright colors, unusual angles, a sense of surreality. Her creations are very poetic, images are enchanting and at the same time she also likes to bring the contemporary culture to the narrative.

She was one of the top finalists of Prix Picto de la Photographie de Mode in 2021, a fashion photography award for young talents. Her work was evaluated by Jean Paul Gaultier and Paolo Roversi in the Palais Galliera, a museum of fashion and fashion history in Paris.
