British Casting Director based in London. Waters' first foray into fashion was as part of the Intrepid production team, working with Dazed & Confused Creative Director Robbie Spencer, AnOther Magazine Fashion Director Katie Shillingford & AnOther Man Fashion Director Mattias Karlsson, alongside photographer Ben Toms & artist Matthew Stone.
Following this Waters became Head of Scouting, and later Development Manager for IMG London. Waters then pivoted into casting, scoring jobs with Jimmy Choo, Vogue and DSection. He currently sits as Senior Casting & Booking Editor for British heritage brand, Boden.
