After graduating in Design in Barcelona and becoming a self-taught photographer, Jaume Illa Bonany started working for various brands, either helping them to create their identity and image from scratch or polishing up established ones.

Inspired by minimalistic Scandinavian aesthetics, he decided to relocate to Copenhagen, where he now runs a small multidisciplinary visual communication studio specialising in fashion, Bureau Bonany, working for clients worldwide.

He has collaborated and worked for prestigious brands such as Georg Jensen, Wood Wood, Soulland, Stine Goya, and The Vintage Bar. His work has been featured in magazines such as Vogue, Elle, i-D, Highsnobiety and Hypebeast. His distinctive style combines industrial and grunge aesthetics with an elegant and minimalistic approach.
