A Manchester native with a background in theatre, Gina moved to London and quickly became a name to know, building her portfolio as both a makeup and body artist, working across a mix of mediums and styles.

In 2011, Gina collaborated with photographer Solve Sundesbo to create the mannequins for the iconic book, "Savage Beauty," published to coincide with the exhibition held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
In 2019 and 2020, Kane consulted for Burberry Beauty and COTY for the Burberry Beauty Foundation shades matrix. More recently, she consulted and provided face mapping for the development of the Burberry Beauty App; she further created and executed the launched looks for the fresh glow palette.
