Ethan Hart is an Irish photographer and moving image director based in London. Although he grew up in the setting of his father’s photography studio, Hart’s love for the art form was first ignited during his time at university when he came to realise the potential of the medium and the influence that technical aspects of creating an image can have on the work’s storytelling qualities.⁠

For Hart, the most powerful photographs are the ones that feel timeless in their essence. In his work, the photographer uses light, composition and considered colour palettes to evoke the surreal beauty of his subjects. The sophistication of his images is often juxtaposed with elements of ridiculousness and humour – a pairing that leaves a viewer with a long-lasting impression.⁠
