Biography

Alexandra Carl is an acclaimed fashion stylist and creative consultant based in London.

Born in Copenhagen, Carl’s interest in fashion began at a young age and was nurtured by both her parents, with whom she spent her early years traveling as they made documentaries. Carl completed film studies in Denmark before relocating to London to study Psychology and Feminist Theory in Media at Goldsmiths University.

Her portfolio of clients includes Hermès, Cartier, Tiffany’s Zara, H&M, Adidas, Self Portrait, Barneys, Max Mara, Louis Vuitton, La Bouche Rouge, and Adidas x Pharrell.

Carl’s originality and focus, has also seen her work with some of the fashion and art world’s most esteemed talents including Peter Lindbergh, Viviane Sassen, Juergen Teller, Harley Weir, Erwin Wurm, Carlijn Jacobs, Lena C Emery, Robin Galieague, Oliver Hadlee Pearch, Drew Vickers, and Johnny Dufort for prestigious publications including POP, W, WSJ, Rika, More or Less, Dazed & Confused, and the British, Chinese and Italian Editions of Vogue.

An advocate for environmental protection – Carl deepened her interest and expertise in the interrelationship between society, environment and economy – by completing a diploma in Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies from the University of Cambridge in 2022.
