biography

Nationality: United Kingdom
Rudi began his hairdressing career in Glasgow in the late 80's before moving to London, where he became creative director of a top London salon, before focusing on doing hair for fashion shoots.
Since then he has built up an impressive body of work, contributing to magazines such as Interview, Love, i-D, Self Service, AnOther, and Vogue (US, UK, Paris, Nippon, China, Japan, Italia, L'Uomo).
Photographers Rudi has collaborated with include Mario Testino, Solve Sundsbo, Mikael Jansson, Paolo Roversi, Zoe Ghertner, Lachlan Bailey, Jamie Hawkesworth, Harley Weir, Patrick Demarchelier, Colin Dodgson, Collier Schorr and Josh Olins.
Campaigns which Rudi has worked on include Dior, Louis Vuitton, DKNY, Ralph Lauren, Emilio Pucci, H&M, Tory Burch, Cos, Theory, Cartier, Roberto Cavalli, Vera Wang, DVF and Tommy Hilfiger.
Rudi has directed hair on the catwalks of London, Milan, Paris and New York for designers such as Haider Ackermann, Off/White, Emporio Armani, Costume National, Gianfranco Ferré, Cerrutti, Tim Coppens, Peter Jensen, Veronique Branquinho and Armani Privé.

He is represented worldwide by LGA Management
