Alexander (Sasha) Zoobrilin was born in Angarsk, a provincial town in Siberia, Russia. At the age of 17, he moved to Moscow to pursue his Master’s degree in Philology. His true passion, though, was always in creative and fashion; at age of 21, he landed a stylist position at Cosmopolitan magazine. In 2011, the Russian edition of Interview Magazine launched with Alexander as the Fashion Editor. This is when he shaped his aesthetic and fully realized his interest in bridging pop culture with high fashion. In 2017, Alexander became a freelance fashion stylist and image consultant and currently resides in New York City.
