Fragile beauty Kouka Webb<\/a> is revamped into a jazz club siren with graphically sultry looks created by Ken O’Rourke<\/a> and Sandra Cooke<\/a>. Hair and makeup take a dark, sculptural turn with sharp bobs, thin brows, and plum lips that Louise Brooks and Marlene Dietrich would swoon for. The soft mood is further enhanced by expert styling from Victoria Bain<\/a> in pieces from Balmain, Gucci, and Saint Laurent.<\/p>\n
