Suno<\/a><\/p>\n

Pattern has always been a defining element of SUNO’s ethos and for fall designers, Erin Beatty and Max Osterweis pulled out all the stops. The duo’s runway was an appealing mishmash of paisley, pinstripes, plaid, handkerchief florals and glittering Swarovski crystals. In the hands of lesser talents, that much embellishment and detail would result in something jarring, but Beatty and Osterweis are masters of the mix. On the runway the inventive blend of textures and influences resulted in a cohesive look that was at once folkloric and modern. There isn’t a girl in New York who wouldn’t look fabulous in a SUNO jacquard print dress, or one of the belted color blocked dresses that seem destined to be worn all year. The beautiful and diverse cast, showcased just how well these pieces will look on a variety of women. Trendsetting editors are sure to gravitate towards statement pieces like the “blooming tapestry” number worn by Grace Mahary, while those who favor a pared down look are certain to love the crystal studded black neoprene pieces sported by Irina Nikoleva and Ashleigh Good. <\/p>\n
