Her new book from Rizzoli\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rizzoliusa.com\/book.php?isbn=9780847833689\">&#8216;Irreverent&#8217;<\/a><\/em> details her life, her career and the very best of her work in a uniquely personal manner.
