On Tuesday the bubbly and bright California girl made a special appearance at VS&#8217; flagship to discuss all things frilly and sexy with a select audience of industry insiders. When talking about her favorites from the lineup; including her signature Dream Angels scent and a blue and white detailed demi-bra, Lily seemed right at home.
