Blumarine Taps David Koma as Creative Director<\/strong>
\nGeorgian-born designer David Koma<\/a> has been appointed as the new creative director of Blumarine<\/a>, set to debut his first collection for pre-fall 2025. Although Blumarine is not listed on the preliminary Milan Fashion Week schedule from September 17th to 23rd, anticipation remains high for Koma\u2019s impact on the brand. Koma, who launched his London-based fashion house in 2009, has been a mainstay at London Fashion Week. In the summer of 2023, he designed several looks for Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s \u201cRenaissance\u201d world tour. Koma follows Walter Chiapponi<\/a>, who left Blumarine after just one collection in March, and Nicola Brognano<\/a>, who held the role for four years.
