Nikki Ogunnaike Is the New Editor in Chief of Marie Claire<\/strong>
\nNikki Ogunnaike has been appointed as editor-in-chief at Marie Claire<\/a>, departing from her previous position as senior digital editor at Harper’s Bazaar<\/a>. Prior to her tenure at Bazaar, Ogunnaike worked at GQ <\/a> and Elle<\/a>. Reflecting on her new role, Ogunnaike said, \u201cFor nearly 30 years, Marie Claire has been the go-to source for women who seek to lead a life of purpose and power. As a longtime admirer, I\u2019m thrilled to join the Marie Claire team and lead this brand into a new era. Women who are passionate about their careers, personal style and the world around them will find a new destination that speaks to their entire identity. I can\u2019t wait to begin this new chapter.\u201d This appointment follows the acquisition of Marie Claire by the British company Future in 2021, which resulted in a reduction of annual print editions from seven to three in September of that year.
