Dior reveals destination for its May Cruise 2019 show <\/strong>
\nDior announced its Cruise 2019 show will be held closer to home at the Grandes \u00c9curies in Chantilly in the northern region of France on May 25th. The Great Stables house the Museum of the Horse and was built by Jean Aubert for the 7th prince of Cond\u00e9 Louis-Henri de Bourbon. The house\u2019s artistic director Maria Grazia Chiuri held her previous Cruise show in Calabasas, California, at the Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Preserve.<\/p>\n

Karl Templer and Fabien Baron both left Interview <\/strong>
\nBoth Karl Templer<\/a> and Fabien Baron<\/a> have left their roles at Andy Warhol-founded Interview Magazine<\/a>. Templer was the magazines creative director and has of late been in headlines after accusations against the star stylist surfaced in a Boston Globe piece<\/a> on sexual misconduct in the fashion industry, of which he has denied. Fabien Baron, veteran art director and the founder of Baron & Baron, was Interview\u2019s editorial director. Interview is owned by Peter Brant who bought the publication in 1989 after Warhol\u2019s death and was a friend of the artist. Page Six reported in February that Interview was dealing with landlord dispute and a multimillion-dollar lawsuit with Deborah Blasucci, who claimed she was fired because she \u201cmade too much money\u201d. Bloomberg Index ranks Bernard Arnault fourth in world, first in fashion<\/strong>
\nThe Bloomberg Billionaires Index<\/a> reported luxury conglomerate LVMH chairman and chief executive officer Bernard Arnault to have a worth of $79.3 billion, putting him ahead of Amancio Ortega which would make Arnault the richest person in fashion and fourth in the world. This week Arnault put to rest rumors LVMH was trying to acquire Chanel. The brand\u2019s chief financial officer Philliple Blondiaux also told WWD<\/a>, \u201cWe confirm that Chanel is not for sale and that these rumors are totally unfounded.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
