Since I had to find out where she got it, I quickly approached and complimented her on the ring.  To my surprise the &#8220;large rock&#8221; on her hand turned out to be made of a cluster of delicately placed Swarovski crystals roped together with bohemian pearls.  Up close it looked like a beautiful beaded ring that shockingly slipped so easily onto my finger.  This is the genius of jewelry designer <strong>Julie Stein<\/strong>.  A relative newcomer who designs her two-year-old line of resplendent rings, bracelets, chokers, long rope necklaces and earrings all from her home in Belgium.
