This 25 year old former MOTW continues the breakthrough of the twenty-something model (see Saskia and\u00a0Kati Nescher) signaling that more and more,\u00a0clients understand the asset an intelligent girl\u00a0with a life force brings to the clothes. Marie broke at the tail end of the SS12 season in Paris where she first hit the radar walking Miu Miu and YSL before nabbing a high visibility slot in the Celine SS12 campaign. That is another trend itself, namely a new found stability of bookings for the more distinct breakthrough models moving into their second season. New York saw Marie sweeping Marc Jacobs, Kors, Proenza, Altuzarra and Wang, even as her London FW 12 season logged bookings for Christopher Kane, Giles Deacon and Jonathan Saunders.
