With Prada icon Daria Werbowy\/IMG stomping the Spring\/Summer 04 catwalks to smithereens, Jessica Stam\/IMG sprinting forward as a  new camapign force and Heather Marks\/Supreme leaping out as a major breaking face,  expect a scouting stampede to those Nothern borders.  As one intrepid model hunter put it. &#8220;Canada is a $300 plane ticket away. Visas are usually a snap. The girls speak English and occasionally French. They&#8217;re as clean cut and All-American as the Americans  yet they have a bit of that   &#8221; continental &#8221; polish about them.
