The LVMH Prize 2025 Semi-finalists Have Been Announced<\/strong>
\nThe LVMH Prize 2025 has unveiled its 20 semifinalists, with designers hailing from 15 countries\u2014including first-time representations from Egypt, Ghana, and Saudi Arabia since the prize\u2019s launch in 2013. These emerging talents will showcase their collections in Paris on March 5th and 6th during Fashion Week, where a panel of industry experts will narrow the selection to eight finalists. Prizes at stake are the Grand Prize of \u20ac400,000 and a year-long mentorship from LVMH teams in sustainability, marketing, manufacturing, legal affairs, and financial management. The Karl Lagerfeld Prize will award \u20ac200,000 and one year of mentorship, and the Savoir-Faire Prize of the same amount, will be awarded for exceptional craftsmanship.Public voting for favorite collections will be open from March 5th to 9th at lvmhprize.com<\/a>. Notably, Cynthia Merhej of Renaissance Renaissance<\/a> (Lebanon, 2021) and Soshi Otsuki of Soshiotsuki <\/a> (Japan, 2016) return to the competition alongside 18 others, including, Alainpaul <\/a> (France), All-in <\/a> (U.S.\/Norway),Boyedoe <\/a> (Ghana), Francesco Murano <\/a>(Italy), Josh Tafoya<\/a> (U.S.), KML<\/a> (Saudi Arabia), Meruert Tolegen <\/a>(U.S.), MFPEN <\/a>(Denmark), Nicklas Skovgaard<\/a> (Denmark), Penultimate<\/a> (China), Pillings<\/a> (Japan), Sin\u00e9ad O\u2019Dwyer<\/a> (Ireland), Steve O Smith<\/a> (U.K.), Tolu Coker<\/a> (U.K.), Torisheju <\/a>(U.K.), Yasmin Mansour <\/a>(Egypt), Young N Sang <\/a> (South Korea), and Zomer <\/a> (The Netherlands).
