Kering in Talks To Buy Tom Ford<\/strong>
\nFrench luxury conglomerate, Kering is in talks to buy Tom Ford<\/a>. Competing against Est\u00e9e Lauder, who was also in talks to acquire Tom Ford in August for a whopping \u201c$3 billion or more and could represent the cosmetics giant\u2019s largest-ever acquisition.\u201d At the moment, there have been no confirmations of an agreement but shares in Gucci-owner Kering (PRTP.PA) rose 2.4% early Friday<\/a>.
