Shayne Oliver Launches Mentoring Platform and Brand, Anonymous Club<\/strong>
\nHood by Air<\/a> founder Shayne Oliver<\/a> has something new up his sleeve. Oliver has taken on a mentoring role with his new studio Anonymous Club<\/a>, a creative space that intersects art, performance, music, and fashion. To launch Anonymous Club\u2019s first collection, Oliver held his first \u201cClub Couture\u201d event at Avant Gardner in Brooklyn. The \u201cClub Couture\u201d is a series of parties that will open up to the public. Oliver explains, \u201cI was just trying to come in as a teacher. Anonymous Club is about kids being able to look at my archive and build based on what I\u2019ve done.\u201d Anonymous Club\u2019s collections will eventually be sold on Shayne Oliver\u2019s e-commerce site, which is not live yet. Justin Moran Is The New Editor-In-Chief of Paper Magazine<\/strong>
\nSince Drew Elliott left Paper Magazine<\/a> to join MAC Cosmetics<\/a> in 2019, the publication has not had an editorial head; that is until new appointment, Justin Moran came into the picture this week. Effective immediately, Moran is the new editor-in-chief of Paper Magazine after first joining the publication in 2017 as a digital director. Like many publications, Paper ceased its printing operations at the peak of the pandemic in 2020. Moran said, \u201cPaper has always been a champion of rising talent and, more recently in its evolution, also became a space for established stars to reinvent themselves and play around. I\u2019m excited to keep exploring that intersection and lean even further into the internet generation with our content. Queer ideas are mainstream ideas, and Paper will continue being a leader of that ideology.\u201d [WWD<\/a>]<\/p>\n
