Nick Kamen, 80s Icon, Passes Away<\/strong>
\nNick Kamen, 1980s London icon, has sadly passed away. Most famously known by the general public as the guy in the iconic Levi\u2019s ad from the 1980s, to those in fashion Nick (along with his brother, Barry Kamen) played another iconic role\u2014as Ray Petri\u2019s Buffalo Boys. After his modeling career, Nick turned to music, releasing a record in collaboration with Madonna and scoring several top 10 hits in the UK and Europe. He died on Tuesday night after a long battle with bone marrow cancer. He was 59. [CNN<\/a>]<\/p>\n

The Met Gala Announces Gen Z Co-chairs<\/strong>
\nIt\u2019s the week of the annual \u201cFirst Monday In May\u201d and although the Met Gala didn\u2019t take place this past Monday, the co-chairs for Part 1 of the event in September were announced. The Gen Z clan, Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet<\/a>, Billie Eilish<\/a>, Naomi Osaka<\/a>, and Amanda Gorman<\/a> will join honorary chairs, Tom Ford<\/a>, Adam Mosseri, and Anna Wintour<\/a> during the first exhibit, \u201cIn America: A Lexicon of Fashion\u201d. The exhibition will feature Halston, Christopher John Rogers<\/a>, Prabal Gurung<\/a>, and much more with the opening date set for September 18th. [The Daily Front Row<\/a>]<\/p>\n
