British Fashion Council celebrated fashion\u2019s new guard<\/strong>
\nFashion\u2019s elite turned up in masses for the British Fashion Council\u2019s annual Fashion Awards at the top of the week and there was much to celebrate. Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott<\/a> won the Isabella Blow Award for Fashion Creator; Alessandro Michele<\/a>, Miuccia Prada<\/a> and Virgil Abloh<\/a> got in on the action; and a surprise presentation from Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle to Clare Waight Keller<\/a> for British Designer of the Year Womenswear was the talk of the night.<\/p>\n
