\nIn the latest of senior staff moves, Phillip Picardi, Teen Vogue\u2019s chief content officer, is leaving his post as head of the publication to become the editor and chief of the LGBTQ-focused magazine Out Magazine<\/a>. Picardi told the Wall Street Journal, \u201cI\u2019m looking forward to reimagining what Out looks like for the modern queer audience and preparing it for the future.\u201d Picardi, championed by Anna Wintour, was made the head of Teen Vogue\u2019s website at the young age of 23 and was recently promoted to the chief content officer following Elaine Welteroth\u2019s exit in January.
