You’ve seen the women’s Hot List, “a specially curated list of the most in demand new faces” who’ve scored a major campaign or cover and walked the top runways. While the official men’s Hot List page won’t debut till after the shows, here is our special sneak peek at the faces we are watching this spring.

Tons of shows, the Stone Island campaign, a Prada Lookbook and the coolest editorials make this former Model of the Week most wanted.

This young Brit was much coveted for shows and then Topman and this spring’s Dior Homme film cemented his rising star status.

Benjamin Jarvis by Kacper Kacpryk for VMAN
A unique face, with a striking shock of blonde hair and a lean elegant line made him a show favorite of many. V Man, Another Man and Hero shoots and work with Topman makes him one to watch indeed.

Chris Beek for COS F/W 12
A steady climb over the past two years (with some of the top men’s brands), a dynamic personality and a strong editorial look makes Chris a keeper!

Between the Iceberg campaign and work for Vogue Hommes International, Henrik is one of the go to men for bearded beauty.

Jesse Shannon by Stefan Heinrichs for L’Officiel Hommes Italia
Jesse the chameleon can go from serious for editorial to playful for last fall’s Perry Ellis campaign.

John Todd by Paul Maffi for Visual Tales
It’s no wonder why clients like Versace and Calvin Klein like John Todd, his square jawed handsomeness has a timeless beauty that doesn’t get old.

Kacey Carrig by Mert and Marcus for Versace
Multiple Versace works (campaigns and shows) put Kacey on our list of top faces to watch for Spring 2013

Kristoffer Hasslevall (left) by Steven Meisel for Lanvin (his co stars Michael and Christian are also new faces to watch)
Kristoffer’s sleek look was much coveted by designers for 2 seasons straight, this season’s Lanvin appearance is no surprise to us.

A sizzling show season in January, top editorials and an appearance in the Adidas SLVR campaign by Willy Vanderperre show Malcolm continues his hot streak

Matthew Bell by David Sims for McQ S/S 13

Rutger Schoone by Andrew Vowles for Hero Magazine
Louis Vuitton loves him (he opened and closed their show) and used him for Pre-Fall. A slew of the other big shows round out his bio.

Philipp Schmidt by Mert and Marcus for Versace
While not a brand new face, Phillip has certainly super nova-ed recently with a strong Versace campaign last fall. Continuing his run with shows, we see that 2013 may be his year.

Sascha Weissenborn by David Sims for Z Zegna
Sacha’s beautiful campaign by David Sims capped a great season of shows. He continued the run of great shows into January.

Simon Sabbah by Mondino for Kenzo F/W 12
Who could forget the electrifying F/W 12 Kenzo campaign? Simon’s unique features in this and a boatload of shows and editorials, definitely stand him out in the crowded field of new faces.

Sung Jin Park by Nicola Formichetti for Vogue Hommes Japan
A killer January show season, editorials in Vogue Hommes Japan and a campaign for Iceberg all highlight Sung Jin’s moment.

Sacha M’Baye for Client Magazine and Tidiou M’Baye by Nick Griffiths for Stone Island
Great genes run in this family and Sacha and Tidiou’s appearances in the always coveted Tommy Hilfiger family and appearances on the major catwalks denote 2013 as a hot time indeed for the M’Bayes.

Travis Smith by Daniele Duella & Iango Henzi
Beauty, charm, personality and brains. Travis has it all, 2013 looks to be a top year for this young man.

  1. It’s not that I don’t like male models, but I feel like there isn’t a propper reason to do a hot list of male models, because their big time in the fashion industry may not lead into the Top 50 ranking. for example, because after a few season they do less shows and they start to dissapear and also male models have less cross-over appeal among designers (E.g. Ben Allen will never be on a Versace runway, and Kacey Carrig will never be on Dior Homme, but a girl like Vanessa Axente can do both womenswear show for both houses). It’s just an opinion!

  2. im sorry but that photo of sung jin park foes not do him justice, such a gorgeous model

  3. Why is Sacha here?? Really. He was on Top 50 Spring 2011 when he was in the Burberry campaign. He does seem to have a resurgence this past season though.
