18 year old Dorothea clearly conquered the recently concluded New York Fashion Week, scoring a big hit for the debut of the Women Direct division. Dorothea’s New York run (Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Marc by Marc, Proenza, Philosophy, Jonathan Saunders) easily sets her up for a prime run through Europe which makes for ideal timing since she’s set to finish school in June and then will model full time. Then there’s the fact that Dorothea has landed in an industry she loves. This newcomer is thoroughly creative and likes to make her own clothes.
