Last night Donatella Versace transported the denizens of Pier 57 to the streets of Milan with her H&M for Versace event. Serving as a greatest hits mix of iconic pieces from the brand’s history, the collection represented the very best of Italian high fashion at a price point everyone can afford. The launch introduced the highly anticipated designs to an elite guest list of film stars, editors and fashion insiders. Merging runway show, pop-up shop and explosive concert into one evening is no small feat, but Donatella and the H&M team managed to wow even the most jaded industry vets. With an all-star cast featuring Natasha Poly, Lindsey Wixson and Daphne Groeneveld plus an electric set by Nicki Minaj and Prince, this was one for the record books.
