Major Model Management S/S 11 Women show package

It takes great courage to remix your entire board, specifically around the show season and introduce an entire line-up of new faces. And it takes equal courage to entrust that body of newcomers to the team of a young photographers (Dusdin Condren with Carolyn Griffin) in partnership with two first season art directors/stylists ( Eric Granwehr and Trevor McLeod). The cool blue tint of the card’s imagery makes for the best Major Models show package to date. But the true results of that audacity is a newly revitalized Major Model Management now jam packed with not only this rush of fresh new faces, but also a board of inspired agents hungry to land some of these choice scouting discoveries in the line-up of as many of New York’s breakthrough shows as possible. The advance buzz is out on the beautifully polished bevy of Emma Beam, Mara Burns, Rebekka and Chloe Condon but keep a sharp eye out for contenders like Madison, Paige and Alexa who reflect this agency’s newly opened appetite to be fully competitive. The great division in this industry has never been big power shop vs small boutique, but rather the dividing line between those agents with a sustained vision for their girls vs those agencies who hope success is random. This season it seems Major is intent on joining that A-list of companies where passion and drive in managing a girl makes the difference between the option and the confirmation. The agency’s long-running star Sessilee can well expect to find some of her agency-mates beside her on those ultra-directional SS11 runways.
