Walter Chiapponi, who held the creative director role at Tod’s for four years, will be stepping down following the launch of the brand’s S/S 24 womenswear collection. Prior to his tenure at Tod’s, Chiapponi gained years of experience at Bottega Veneta. Throughout his time at Tod’s, Chiapponi remained faithful to the brand’s heritage by creating quiet luxury collections and also played a significant role in expanding the brand’s handbag offerings, recognizing the immense profitability of leather goods and accessories for the company. ‘The Super Models’ Docuseries Is Coming

According to Bloomberg, the founder of luxury conglomerate Kering is currently in talks with talent agency CAA regarding the sale of a significant stake to Pinault. The valuation for this potential acquisition could exceed $7 billion. This development comes at a crucial juncture for Hollywood and its talent, as SAG-AFTRA confirmed on Thursday that it would initiate a strike against film and TV companies that engage with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP). This move aligns SAG-AFTRA with the Writers Guild of America (WGA), which has been on strike since May 2.
